When you use the setup form we collect the broker, trading server, MT5 login and MT5 password you provide, together with the date and time of your submission.
Why we collect it
This information is used for one purpose only: performing the trading setup service you requested. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties other than the service providers strictly needed to deliver the setup.
How it is handled
Submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in a private internal record accessible only to authorised team members. Your credentials are never displayed publicly, never placed in web addresses, and never sent to analytics services.
Retention
We keep submitted information only as long as needed to complete and support your setup. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us through the channel you used to reach us.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted. We recommend changing your trading account password once your setup has been completed.
